A staff that is passionate about golf, food and fitness
At Kahler Mountain Club our goal is for you to have a wonderful time on every visit, no matter what you are here for.
Lucy Payne
Lucy oversees the business operations of the golf course, the Athletic Club and Wildflour.
“I have enjoyed being part of the Kahler Glen and Lake Wenatchee community for the past nine years. My husband, Jarrett, is a volunteer firefighter for LWFR, and our two sons attend school in Leavenworth, where they are active in sports, skiing and golf.”
“One of my favorite parts of being involved with Kahler Mountain Club is getting to know our members and seeing the positive changes taking place. Now, as General Manager, I’m excited to focus on building a stronger, more vibrant future for the club.”
Jason Luft
Jason runs golf operations at Kahler. He joined from Palouse Ridge Golf Club in Pullman, Washington, and brings more than twenty-five years in the golf industry.
His background extends well beyond the course — consulting, restaurants, and water quality and treatment — which gives him an unusually well-rounded operational view. He holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Idaho.
“I am looking forward to building community and growing lessons, programs and events throughout the year. My door is always open — please feel free to stop by the Pro Shop any time.”
Mish Eggers
Born and raised in Minnesota, Mish made her way to Washington by way of Colorado. She brings a strong background in health and safety, and in operations across the ski industry and parks and recreation.
She has raised two children and enjoys skiing, golf, tennis, pickleball and just about any outdoor activity. She lives locally with her boyfriend, and together they appreciate the beauty of the Cascades.
Duncan Hoaglan
Duncan does not like to be called Chef — he considers himself a “culinary mercenary”. With almost four decades of cooking behind him he specializes in large proteins and slow-braised meats.
When he is not in the kitchen he can be found chainsawing firewood or tinkering in his garage.
Tracy Campbell
Born in New York, Tracy is a master server and mixologist, and runs the front of house at Wildflour.
When she is not mixing up batches of original cocktails she is with her kids, dogs and birds. A self-described artist, she paints and beads, and spends as much time as she can outside — paddleboarding, horseback riding, and basking in the sun.
Ellen Lindsey
Ellen teaches water exercise and swim lessons. She fell in love with the water as a child and hopes to pass that on to her students. “The water is my favorite place to work out.”
When she is not teaching at the pool she is with her husband Matt, raising five boys, working on the house and yard, traveling, or running her personal finance business.
Kerry Hinds
With over sixteen years of teaching behind her across a range of specialities and training, Kerry guides practices that build strength, flexibility and balance, while working in tools for reducing stress.

The pro shop takes tee times, lesson bookings and anything about the course. Lucy handles memberships and private events, and answers the same day.
