Playing the course
Are walk-ups welcome?
Kahler Mountain Club is a daily-fee course. We do welcome walk-ups, but we encourage all golfers to call ahead and reserve a tee time. All play is subject to availability.
How long is the course?
Eighteen holes, par 70. Three sets of tees let it play anywhere from 4,703 to 5,893 yards.
Does the course have a practice facility?
Yes — an aquatic driving range with floating target greens, and a large putting green beside the Pro Shop.
What should I wear?
Appropriate golf attire, please. Collared shirts are preferred. No t-shirts, cut-off jeans or shorts, bathing suits, or clothing of inappropriate lengths.
Can I play in winter?
The course closes for the season, but the indoor simulator runs year round — eighteen holes in about an hour, on your own clubs.
Passes and membership
What does a season pass cost?
A 7-Day single pass is $1,350 at the early rate and $1,400 after March 1. The Monday–Thursday single is $790 early and $900 after. Family and cart options are on the Rates & Passes page.
When does the early rate apply?
To passes bought January 1 through February 28, 2027. After that the standard rate applies for the rest of the season.
Is a golf pass the same as club membership?
No — they are two separate things. A golf season pass covers unlimited play on the course. An Athletic Club membership covers the pool, sauna, gym and courts, every day of the year. Plenty of families hold both.
Eating and the club
Do you offer food and drinks?
The clubhouse is home to Wildflour, with a full-service bar. Lunch runs Wed – Sun, 11 am – 4 pm. Dinner is 4 – 8 pm Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, and 4 – 9 pm Friday and Saturday. The Pro Shop is stocked with grab-and-go snacks and a good range of drinks, including beer from Icicle Brewing in Leavenworth.
Is the restaurant open to the public?
Yes. Wildflour serves members, their guests and the public alike. Takeout is available, though it can be limited at peak hours.
Can I use the Athletic Club without a golf pass?
Yes. Athletic Club membership is its own thing and covers the indoor pool, hot tub, cedar sauna, weight and cardio rooms, and the court.

Where is Kahler Mountain Club?
20700 Clubhouse Drive, Leavenworth, WA 98826 — at Lake Wenatchee, thirty minutes from both Leavenworth and Stevens Pass.
Can I book the club for a private event?
Yes — weddings, tournaments, company days and winter igloo nights. Lucy Payne handles events and answers the same day — email [email protected].
