Lucy Payne

General Manager, Kahler Mountain Club
[email protected]

Lucy oversees the business operations of the KMC Golf Course and Athletic Club

I have enjoyed being a part of the Kahler Glen/Lake Wenatchee community for the past nine years. My husband, Jarrett, is a volunteer firefighter for LWFR, and our two sons attend school in Leavenworth, where they are active in sports, skiing, and golf. I love all the adventures this area has to offer—from pickleball, golfing, skiing, and hiking to floating the river or simply relaxing on the beach.

One of my favorite parts of being involved with Kahler Mountain Club is getting to know our members and seeing the positive changes taking place. Now, as the General Manager of both the golf course and athletic club, I’m excited to focus on building a stronger, more vibrant future for Kahler Mountain Club.

Luke Piatt

General Manager, Wildflour
[email protected]

Luke oversees operations at Wildflour and manages all dining services at KMC

Luke’s culinary journey began in rural New Hampshire, where his passion for food was cultivated through family meals. With an Italian mother who made everything from scratch, he developed an early appreciation for the art of homemade cooking and the joy it brought to gatherings and holidays.

After completing his military service and exploring his next steps, Luke decided to follow his passion at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute. His career began at the acclaimed Plum Island Grille on Boston’s North Shore, where he rose from line cook to Executive Sous Chef.

Luke later relocated to Virginia to open his own restaurant, marking a natural transition from the kitchen to leadership. Now a Restaurant Manager, he remains deeply connected to his culinary roots—often seen in a chef’s jacket and apron rather than traditional business attire, leading by example and staying close to the craft that inspires him.

Mish Eggers

Kahler Mountain Club Assistant Manager of Operations
[email protected]

Born and raised in Minnesota, she made her way to Washington by way of Colorado. She brings a strong background in Health and Safety, as well as Operations within the Ski Industry and Parks and Recreation. She has raised two wonderful children and enjoys skiing, golf, tennis, pickleball, and just about any outdoor activity. She now lives locally with her boyfriend, and together they appreciate the beauty of the Cascade Mountains.

Duncan Hoaglan

Head Chef, Wildflour Restaurant
[email protected]

Although he does not like to be called Chef. Duncan Hoaglan considers himself a “culinary mercenary.” With almost 4 decades of cooking under his belt he specializes in large proteins and slow braised meats. Duncan is truly a renaissance man. When he is not in the kitchen Duncan can be found chainsawing firewood, or tinkering in his garage.

Tracy Campbell

Front of House Manager, Wildflour Restaurant

Tracy was born in New York. Tracy is a Master Server and Mixologist. She is currently the Front Of the House manager at Wildflour Restaurant in Leavenworth. When Tracy is not mixing up batches of Original Cocktails she is spending time with her kids, dogs, and birds. Tracy is a self described artist and enjoys painting and beading as well as spending time outside. Paddle Boarding, horseback riding and basking in the sun are some of her favorite outdoor activities.

Louis 'Bunk' Bunkleman

Athletic Club & Pro Shop

I am married to the love of my life, Jenni. Three years ago this April, we sold everything and bought a cabin locally. We stumbled upon this little piece of heaven called Kahler Mountain Club, and we have been playing golf here ever since! The beauty surrounding us and the people we have come to know have enriched our lives beyond our wildest expectations.

My wife found work as a P.E teacher in Leavenworth. I have been blessed with the opportunity to be the assistant manager of the athletic club and also help out at the pro shop when needed. Jenni and I enjoy being part of this community and all it has to offer, such as golfing, hiking, kayaking, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, volunteering for the Fire Department and much more.

Ellen Lindsey

Water Aerobics Instructor

Ellen Lindsay is our water exercise and swim lesson instructor. She fell in love with the water as a child and hopes to pass that on to her students. “The water is my favorite place to work out”.
When she’s not teaching at the pool, she’s with her husband Matt, raising five boys, working on the house and yard, traveling, or running her personal finance business.

Kerry Hinds (ERYT)

Yoga Instructor

With over 16 years of yoga teaching experience with diverse specialities and training,  Kerry will safely guide you through practices that work on strength, flexibility, and balance while also incorporating stress reduction tools.
